Beech cone shells are light tan with brown spots that run in rows. The spire has very nice spiral markings. The aperture is a long skinny white slit.

They feel thick and durable and are pretty heavy for their size. Very collectible.

These cone shells are found in shallow waters of the Indo Pacific ocean.
