Florida bay scallops are found in sea grass beds along the state's west and northwest coasts. Thanks to restoration efforts, harvesting scallops on Florida's west coast is now acceptable. Hooray! These scallops are flourishing.
Decorate everywhere with natural earth tones. Mix white scallops with dark gray scallops for a nice effect.
White =These scallops are white with grey, brown, or pink accents.
Gray = These scallops are dark gray or brown with various light color markings.
