Shipping & Returns

Your items will be carefully packed to ensure their safety. We've been packing sea shells for a very long time.  Please let us know if you encounter any problems.  Processing your order may take 1 to 2 days.  Once shipped, delivery may take 1 to 5 days.

Most shipping is done via USPS and all packages are tracked via delivery confirmation. Large heavy orders may be shipped UPS.

Out of USA...

​The following items cannot be shipped out of the USA. Pink Queen Conch, Pink Conch Roller, Pink Queen Conch Horn, Gigas Clam, Sea Horse, Coral, Left Hand Lightning Whelk, China Clam, or Bear Paw Clam. These items cannot be shipped out of the United States.

​​-- Canada -- Prices vary. An email will be sent requesting the appropriate amount for shipping. 

-- Australia -- Prices vary. An email will be sent requesting the appropriate amount for shipping. 

--South African -- Purchasers may be in violation of Regulation 27(1)(e) and be criminally charged.

-- China --We are not shipping to China at this time.

-- India -- We are not shipping to India at this time.

-- European Union --We are no longer shipping to the 27 countries within the European Union that have implemented new trade rules for US sellers

In addition you may or may not be charged by your country customs. We do not have any information on whether or not your country will charge you. We are not responsible for these costs.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit.
